I used to be the girl who blogs about her happy relationship. How in love she is with that guy who promised to be with her forever and yet, he left. I used to be the girl who comes up with the best love thoughts and opinions. I used to be one of the happiest girlfriends in the world. But what happened? Somewhere between the happy days of that relationship, everything went cold and suffocating, I am no longer the girl who posts happy stuffs on my blog. I am no longer the girl with a real smile. I fake smiles, I hide pain, I mask the sad feelings inside this wounded heart. Yet, I still believe that despite the broken promises, someday, I will be loved again.

Masaya sa feeling yung merong isang taong handang hawakan ang mga kamay mo para makasama ka. Yung taong handa kang ipaglaban hanggang sa huli, yung taong sa kabila ng maraming pagsubok eh hindi ka bibitawan at hahayaang mag-isa, yung taong tanggap kung ano ang ugali mo, yung taong mahal na mahal ka.

Bihira nalang yung taong ganun sa panahon ngayon. Swerte ka na kung talagang mahal ka. Pero naniniwala pa rin ako na kahit na may mga taong nasaktan dahil nagmahal sila, darating pa rin yung panahon na lahat ng efforts na ginawa nila ay maibabalik sa kanila.

Kanya-kanyang pagkakataon lang naman yan. Kung single ka ngayon, maniwala ka na kahit hindi ngayon, may taong nakalaan para sayo para intindihin ka, alagaan ka, mahalin ka, at makasama ka. Kung taken ka, e di ikaw na! (Haha, joke) Ingatan mo kung anobg meron kayo ng partner mo. Hindi madaling harapin ang mga problema pero as long as naniniwala ka na deserve niyo maging masaya, fight for it! Maswerte ka kasi sa milyun-milyong tao sa mundo, nakatgpo ka ng taong karapatdapat para sayo.

May 11, 2012 - Exactly one year ago, the celebration of our triumph, the culmination of all the things I’ve worked for within the four walls of the classroom, happened inside World Trade Center— my college graduation.

Wearing the black toga, taking the diploma, and shaking the hand of our college dean marked an end to my life of being a student, but began a new chapter: facing the real world

It’s been a year since I stepped out of the grounds of Polytechnic University of the Philippines’ College of Communication. I miss being a student. :)
